This page highlights the development and execution of a senior leader employee social program created for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Built from the ground up, the initiative was designed to expand executive presence on LinkedIn while driving greater visibility and engagement for the broader GSAM brand. The program included onboarding and training senior leaders to participate on the platform, as well as developing bespoke, leader-specific content tied to their work, insights, and industry perspectives. Alongside personalized content creation, the program also introduced a scalable content library of adaptable posts that translated existing brand messaging into a more personal, executive-facing LinkedIn voice.
